Grief and Loss
The work I do around grief and loss comes from a deep personal background as well as from professional training. My brother died from a tragic car accident when he was 13, my mother died from cancer, and my father died by suicide. Through these experiences, I have learned a lot on how to manage grief, how to confront mortality, and how to honor their deaths through how I live. I feel very privileged to be able to support others in their grief journey.

What I have learned is that I am not alone. Many people have experienced death of a loved one. I offer a mixed model approach that provides both the traditional support group model along with information around death that can be used to build understanding and move forward. If you are feeling stuck in your grief, please reach out.
